Custom gloves are ordered from outside of the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on holidays or delays outside of our control. Shipping costs will be indicated on our website and will vary depending on the promotion we have running. Stock gloves will be shipped from our Atlanta, GA location. Shipping times may vary depending on holidays or delays outside of our control. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your glove, you may return it for a refund or credit on a purchase for another glove within 30 days of purchase.

Custom Glove Returns Policy
There are no refunds allowed on any custom made glove. Any complaints and/or issues concerning a custom glove are dealt with on a case by case basis by the Yabai Baseball Company staff. There is a 1 year non transferable glove defect warranty on all custom glove orders. If determined a "defective" glove will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of the Yabai Baseball Company staff. Repaired or replacement custom gloves will take the normal amount of turnaround time.

Promotional Gloves Returns Policy
There are no returns or warranties on fielding gloves that were given or provided free of cost.
